Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing sales team, strengthen customer partnerships and drive profitability. You will coach the team through the sales process, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, and Operations to convert opportunities into results.

You will contribute to business planning, budgeting and talent development, while modeling Amcor’s values and leading strategic account plans, pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years in technical, sales and general management roles, packaging preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Significant senior sales leadership experience.
• Experience in multinational organizations, packaging, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven track record delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
• Strong talent development and coaching skills.
• Confident communicator with senior-level stakeholders.
• Solid negotiation experience and customer partnership development.
• Good technical and commercial aptitude and understanding of Amcor and packaging landscape.
• Comfortable applying disciplined sales processes across teams.
