Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team, strengthen relationships with senior customers, and achieve sales and profitability goals. You will coach, develop, and mentor the team while partnering with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to turn opportunities into measurable results.

You will drive pricing, pass-through initiatives, and proactive funnel management, while ensuring strategic account plans align with Amcor’s Value Plus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years of experience across technical, sales, and general management in packaging/FMCG.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing sales team to grow business and profitability.
