Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing sales team, strengthen key customer partnerships, and drive profitability across accounts. You will coach through the sales cycle, set ambitious targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and R&D to convert opportunities into results.

You will develop account plans, lead forecasting, and manage pricing strategies while ensuring alignment with Amcor’s Value Plus commercial excellence program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale B2B environments.
• 12+ years in sales leadership, ideally in packaging.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record of meeting or delivering financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team to grow business and profitability.
• Coach team through the sales process and negotiate with senior customers.
• Build and maintain relationships across customers’ organizations and executives.
• Lead pricing and raw-material pass-through initiatives to protect margins.
• Drive sales funnel management and rolling forecasts; collaborate across Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and R&D.
