Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years of relevant experience across technical, sales, and general management, ideally within packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing Amcor's business and profitability.
• Coach and develop the team through the sales process and build strong senior-level customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams to turn opportunities into results.
• Drive sales performance, pricing, and margin optimization while maintaining accountability for commercial outcomes.
