• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in large-scale B2B sales.
• 12+ years across technical, sales, and general management roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
• Experience working in a multinational organization.
