Amcor is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on growing our business and strengthening customer relationships in the packaging industry. You will guide opportunities, coach a skilled sales force, and partner with senior customers to achieve sales and profitability goals.

You will work across Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, and Operations, owning pricing, forecasting, and commercial decisions while contributing to planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years in large-scale B2B sales leadership.
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and margins.
