Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving profitability targets. You will coach the team through the sales process, identify opportunities with senior-level customers, and partner with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to convert opportunities into results.

You will own pricing and commercial strategies, develop annual plans, drive performance, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
12+ years across technical, sales, and general management roles, ideally in packaging.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Proven track record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
Experience working in a multinational organization, packaging/FMCG/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop clear account plans aligning customer needs with Amcor capabilities.
Lead annual operating plans and strategic objectives for the team.
Monitor performance, adjust plans to meet targets and improve margins.
Hire, coach, and develop team; manage expectations and performance gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver opportunities and results.
Communicate updates to senior leadership and maintain current Salesforce account plans.
