Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Sales, Risk-as-a-Service to join the North America sales team.

You will partner with Account Management to grow adoption and margins for RaaS solutions across new and existing accounts, applying AI-driven risk models to protect revenue while preserving approval rates. You will lead with discovery, diagnose merchant needs, and design the right solution, positioning differentiated value against competitors from opportunity through activation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with transactional risk and fraud tools across the lifecycle; FPA, CBP, DA a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex risk-and-sales projects across North America.
• Diagnose merchant needs and design risk-based PayPal solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Management and cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies.
