Job summary
PayPal seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Accounts Solution Sales, Risk-as-a-Service to grow adoption and margins within strategic accounts.
You will diagnose merchant needs, design tailored risk solutions, and position value across Fraud Protection Advanced, Chargeback Protection, and Dispute Automation. This consultative role requires senior stakeholder management, robust analytics, and the ability to drive cross‑functional sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in transactional risk and fraud tooling.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and growing large accounts.
- Strong ROI-based analysis and compelling business case skills.
- Excellent negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities across strategic accounts.
- Partner with Account Managers to develop strategic plans and drive expansion.
- Lead regular business reviews tying performance to business outcomes.
- Design and position PayPal capabilities into client-specific business cases.
- Mentor and enable other sellers with RaaS expertise.
