Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Accounts Solution Sales, Risk-as-a-Service in New York. You will partner with Account Management to grow adoption and margin for RaaS solutions within strategic accounts, using AI-driven risk models and PayPal’s fraud protection offerings.

You will diagnose merchant needs, design solutions, and build trusted-advisor relationships to expand adoption over time. The role requires strong sales leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with transactional risk and fraud tools across the transaction lifecycle; familiarity with Fraud Protection Advanced, Chargeback Protection, and Dispute Automation is a plus.
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota targets, ideally with large, existing accounts.
• Strong analytical mind with ability to build ROI-based business cases and account plans.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate across teams for win-win outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage executives.
• Proven ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities with strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape product and GTM strategies.
• Lead regular business reviews linking RaaS performance to business outcomes.
• Design and present client-specific value cases and pricing.
