PayPal is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Accounts Solution Sales, Risk-as-a-Service to partner with Account Management and drive adoption of RaaS solutions for strategic accounts.

You will diagnose merchant needs, position differentiated value, and build trusted-advisor relationships to expand adoption over time. You will lead complex opportunities, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales teams, and own account planning, solution design, pricing, and ROI-based business cases to achieve

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with transactional risk and fraud tools across the lifecycle
• Experience selling to senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies (C-level engagement)
• Strong analytical ability to build ROI-based business cases and account plans
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder opportunities and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities with executive stakeholders
• Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic account plans
• Conduct regular business reviews tying RaaS performance to merchant outcomes
• Design solutioning and pricing with cross-functional teams
• Drive expansion, retention, and long-term growth in strategic accounts
