Manager, Global Accounts Solution Sales, Risk-as-a-Service, to partner with Account Management and drive adoption and transaction margin for PayPal's RaaS solutions within a portfolio of strategic accounts. The role requires executive-level storytelling, strong negotiation, and experience with fraud tools (FPA, CBP, DA), plus proven quota attainment across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with transactional risk and fraud tools across the transaction lifecycle; familiarity with FPA, CBP, and DA is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota targets, especially with large, existing accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to build ROI-based business cases, account plans and evidence-based sales narratives.
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills to shape win-win commercial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate a compelling, value-based narrative to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic account plans for existing strategic accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior merchant stakeholders, shaping risk, fraud, and dispute strategy.
• Lead business reviews tying RaaS performance to merchant outcomes and identifying new value areas.
• Lead discovery, solution design, competitive positioning, and pricing for qualified opportunities.
• Drive expansion, retention, and growth within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales to build multi-team alignment.
