Job summary

Harris Computer's Systems & Software division seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth with municipal utilities. You will own the full sales process from outreach to contract execution, building pipelines, managing stakeholders, and coordinating with technical teams.

The role is remote in the US/Canada with travel ~50%. A passport and travel eligibility are required; base salary is 110K plus commissions with OTE up to 220K.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with net-new business focus.
• Experience leading full-cycle, complex sales processes and evaluations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build a qualified pipeline and lead RFP-driven sales cycles to closure.
• Forecast bookings and pipeline progression with CRM updates.
• Engage senior decision-makers and lead structured evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and leadership to position solutions.
