Harris Computer, a division of Harris, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth with municipal utilities in a defined territory. Remote role in US/Canada; travel up to 50%.

You will own the full sales cycle, from outreach to contract execution, while building a robust pipeline and forecasting with CRM updates. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise software sales, strong communication skills, and experience leading multi-stakeholder evaluations in RFP-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle, complex sales processes.
• Experience leading executive-level discussions and customer presentations.
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net-new municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to company growth targets.
• Lead sales cycles from initial engagement through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for bookings and pipeline progression.
• Maintain CRM documentation and stakeholder context to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Establish and grow relationships with strategic stakeholders and partners.
