Job summary

Harris Computer’s Systems & Software division is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth within a defined territory. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, building a qualified pipeline and engaging municipal utilities through RFP-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with net-new business focus.
• Experience managing full-cycle, complex sales processes.
• Experience leading customer presentations and executive-level discussions.
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net-new municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to company growth targets.
• Lead sales cycles from initial engagement through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for bookings and pipeline progression.
• Maintain CRM documentation for opportunities to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders within target accounts and partners with technical teams for demonstrations.
