Job summary

Harris Computer, a division of Systems & Software, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth in a defined territory for municipal utilities. You will own the full sales cycle, build a qualified pipeline, and lead complex, RFP-driven pursuits.

The remote role supports candidates in the US and Canada, with travel required ~50%. Passport/visa readiness is essential. Salary is 110K + commission with OTE up to 220K.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with net-new focus.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle, complex sales processes.
• Experience presenting to executives and multi-stakeholder committees.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net-new municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to growth targets.
• Lead sales cycles from outreach through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
• Develop accurate forecasts for bookings and pipeline progression.
• Maintain timely CRM updates across opportunities to ensure forecast visibility.
• Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
• Partner with Technical Sales Engineers for tailored demos and validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and leadership to position solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
• Develop relationships with strategic third-party partners.
