Job summary

Harris Computer, via Systems & Software, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth within a defined territory. The role covers outreach, engagement, and closing of municipal utilities through complex, RFP-driven cycles.

This remote position welcomes candidates in the US and Canada; travel is required up to 50%. Passport valid and international travel eligibility are required. Salary starting at 110K plus commission, with OTE up to 220K.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and net-new business development.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle, complex sales processes.
• Experience presenting to executives and leading multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to growth targets.
• Lead sales cycles from initial outreach through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
• Develop forecasts for bookings and pipeline progression and update CRM.
