Job summary

Harris Computer, Systems & Software division, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth within a defined territory. The role covers end-to-end sales from outreach to contract execution, with a focus on RFP-driven cycles and executive engagement.

The position is remote across the US and Canada, with travel approximately 50%, requiring passport eligibility for international travel. Salary starts at 110K plus commission with an OTE up to 220K.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with net-new business focus.
• Experience managing full-cycle, complex sales processes.
• Experience leading executive-level presentations and stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net-new municipal utility opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to growth targets.
• Lead sales cycles from initial engagement through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
• Develop accurate forecasts for bookings and pipeline progression.
• Maintain CRM updates and stakeholder context to ensure forecast visibility.
• Develop relationships with key utility stakeholders and partners.
