Harris Computer, a division of Systems & Software, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new growth within a defined territory. The role is remote and welcomes candidates in the US and Canada, with travel approximately 50%. Candidates must have a passport and be eligible to travel internationally.

The position offers a base salary of 110K plus commission, with an OTE up to 220K. You will lead complex, RFP-driven sales cycles and build strong relationships with municipal utilities.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with net-new growth.
Track record of managing full-cycle, complex sales processes.
Experience engaging senior decision-makers in executive discussions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue net-new municipal utilities within a defined territory.
Lead sales cycles from initial engagement through RFP, evaluation, and contract execution.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for bookings and pipeline progression.
Maintain CRM documentation and pipeline visibility for forecasting.
