Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for HVAC to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no reports.

You will close high-value accounts, manage long consultative cycles, and expand relationships across locations. Remote role serving USA/Canada with a $2M annual quota; you’ll collaborate with strategists and leadership to win the deals that matter.

Qualifications

• Closing $1M+ annually on multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Preference for closing over managing people; strong consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle on large multi-location HVAC deals from discovery to close.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership.
