• Long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers across organizations.
• Prefer closes over people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: add locations and services after group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
