Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency focused on HVAC multi-location groups. As VP of Sales for HVAC, you own large multi-location deals from first meeting with ownership to signed contracts, with an annual quota of $2M.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and a focus on strategic accounts across the USA and Canada. You will close deals within 3–12 months, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and will expand services once groups sign.

Qualifications

• Closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into HVAC groups or multi-location agencies.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: add locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft proposals for key deals.
