Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multi-location HVAC and home service groups. As VP of Sales for HVAC, you own our largest multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract.

One win covers many locations; deals are large, multi-stakeholder, and typically close over 3–12 months. You’ll work with inbound leads and our sales development team with no direct reports.

This remote role spans the US and Canada and carries a $2M annual quota.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into HVAC groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on large deals.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership for high-impact deals.
