Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for HVAC to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location accounts across the US and Canada.

You will manage the full cycle, from discovery and proposals to negotiation and close, often over 3 to 12 months, with leadership support and an inbound flow of qualified meetings to close with owners and regional

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large HVAC deals, from discovery to close, over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to new locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
