Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles and no people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations.
• Drive expansion to add locations and services after a deal signs.
