Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Head of Sales for HVAC to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close deals that cover many locations, with the sales development team feeding qualified meetings and inbound opportunities.

There is no management responsibility; you’ll handle strategic accounts across the US and Canada, driving expansion to more locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing large, multi-location deals.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large multi-location HVAC accounts (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to reach consensus.
• Expand existing accounts by adding more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to construct compelling proposals.
