Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for HVAC to own multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, focusing on large HVAC groups where one deal opens the path to others.

You will close high-stakes multi-location opportunities, guided by inbound leads and a sales development team, without direct reports or a team to build.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into HVAC groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand deals to add locations and services after signing.
• Partner with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key opportunities.
