Job summary

ED Wallach Search Group is seeking an experienced sales executive to join our North American team. This DC-based role focuses on expanding business with the Air Force and related DoD ecosystems, building a robust pipeline, and closing strategic deals across the US military sector.

You will leverage strong relationships, lead engagements, and travel as needed to engage DOD customers and systems integrators, driving growth while delivering tailored security solutions to national defense programs.

Qualifications

• Strong relationships within USAF CUAS ecosystem.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead sales engagements and meetings.
• Willingness to travel frequently (~50%).
• At least 7 years of experience closing sales campaigns in relevant markets.

Responsibilities

• Sells advanced solutions by establishing contact with major DOD USAF (USN/USMC) and system integrator partners.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of identified opportunities.
• Drives deals to closure and upsells new capabilities to existing customers.
• Maintains relationships with customers by providing support and guidance on capabilities.
• Identifies industry trends, market activities, customer needs, and competitors.
