Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in media, advertising, or technology, with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to build pipelines, prospect, and close complex deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization, time management and CRM usage for leads and reporting.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with revenue responsibility.
• Ability to analyze market trends and client feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work with sales, marketing and operations.
• Senior/lead sales experience and mentoring junior teammates is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects to grow the sales pipeline.
• Manage the sales funnel from outreach to contract closure.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure implementation.
