Job summary

Verizon is seeking a field-based professional to partner with sales, understand customer needs, and craft the best service packages from data, voice, security, IT, mobility, and managed services. You will focus on the technical aspect of solutions for new business customers while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll proactively engage to drive advanced solution sales, develop architectures, and establish business cases, traveling as needed to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience selling technical solutions.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs with the sales team and craft the best package of services.
• Develop the solution and design architecture to solve customer needs.
• Establish business cases and help customers choose our solution.
• Draft agreements with pricing, service commitments, and technical specs.
• Manage technical program plans delivering on promises.
• Grow new business and existing accounts.
