Job summary

Worksoft Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead complex technical sales cycles for enterprise software solutions. You will translate customer needs into compelling demonstrations, partner with prospects, and help shape strategy and revenue outcomes.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, deep product expertise, and experience guiding RFIs/RFPs while engaging C-level stakeholders across SAP, ERP, and CRM ecosystems. Remote US role, travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering for enterprise software.
• Proven revenue contribution in complex B2B software deals.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and RFIs/RFPs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Act as primary technical liaison with prospects and partners, articulating value and capabilities.
• Develop strategies, map requirements to solutions, and drive revenue impact.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate roadmap and competitive position.
• Support deal strategy and transition information to implementation teams.
