Job summary

Worksoft Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our US remote sales team. You will lead technical discussions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and liaise with prospects, customers, and partners to articulate Worksoft's value and ROI across complex ERP landscapes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise software sales/engineering, a strong technical foundation in test automation, and a proven ability to win $500k+ ACV deals. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering for enterprise software.
Proven revenue contributions in complex B2B software sales.
Experience in multi-stakeholder deals (ACV $500k+).
Strong presentation and demonstration skills to C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discoveries with compelling demos for diverse audiences.
Serve as the primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners.
Build strategic technical and business relationships within customers and partners.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning.
Develop deep product expertise and map requirements to solutions.
Translate complex tech concepts into clear business ROI.
Lead RFI/RFP input and craft winning proposals.
Set expectations on capabilities to ensure customer success.
Transition sales insights to implementation teams.
Support deal strategy and revenue through technical excellence.
