Job summary

Rithum LinkedIn Board is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise to the Global Sales Team. This role involves leading complex sales engagements and advising clients on solutions to enhance ecommerce strategies.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of presales experience and a deep understanding of the retail and ecommerce landscape. You will interact with C-suite stakeholders, presenting business cases that drive successful sales, while also collaborating across departments to ensure seamless transitions from sales to service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of presales consultative experience or direct ownership of ecommerce program generating $10 million+ in GMV.
• Understanding of retail and ecommerce industry challenges.
• Experience applying value-selling frameworks in complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue generation with existing and new accounts.
• Lead technical solution discovery during sales engagements.
• Prepare and present sales presentations and demos.
