Job summary

Rithum is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in the United States responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the solutions discovery process for valued retail and brand clients. This role involves constructing ROI analyses and providing technical expertise to assist Global Sales teams.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably with a focus on presales and consultative sales activities. The position allows for significant career development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of presales consultative experience OR direct ownership of an e-commerce program generating $10 million+ in GMV.
• Requires location in Pacific or Mountain US time zones.
• Hands-on experience supporting teams closing six-figure contracts against seven-figure targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive generation of new revenue with new and existing accounts.
• Lead the solutions discovery process for retailer and brand solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
