Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team, delivering product demonstrations and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. You will serve as the SME on the Tenna platform, train internal teams, and collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to address customer needs.

You’ll build tailored demo environments, answer technical questions, and help optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Strong experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar programs preferred.
Solid analytical curiosity and creative, flexible problem-solving abilities.
Solid computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel up to 50% as business dictates.

Responsibilities

Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
Answer prospective customer questions and convey platform capabilities accurately.
Build and maintain software demonstration environments per specifications.
Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to stay current on platform changes and resolve issues.
Manage Salesforce and HubSpot databases as needed.
