Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the Sales Team across the full sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations and addressing customer questions with a consultative approach.

You will maintain demo environments, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and train internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of framework and features. Travel up to 60% is required, and the role is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS or related field preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar programs preferred.
• Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answer customer questions and convey the technical capacities of the platform.
• Build and maintain software demo environments per specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product on platform updates and issues.
• Lead internal product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Onboard new Sales and Customer Success Reps onto the platform.
