Job summary

Tenna seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team across the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations and negotiations. You’ll be the SME on Tenna’s platform, tailoring demo environments and answering customer questions with precision.

Travel up to 60% and relocate as needed within the US, collaborating with Success, Engineering, and Product. You'll lead internal trainings, help revise technical materials, and partner with Marketing to optimize presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar programs.
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
• Answer customer questions and convey platform capabilities precisely.
• Build and maintain demo environments per specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Lead internal product training and onboard new Sales/Customer Success Reps.
