Job summary

Worksoft Inc is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the global Sales team as a senior technical advisor to prospects, customers, and partners. You will lead complex technical sales cycles, develop winning strategies, and drive revenue by translating business requirements into Worksoft solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in eliciting requirements, configuring and demonstrating solutions, and building lasting enterprise relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software solutions.
• Proven revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales.
• Extensive test automation or enterprise application experience.
• Enterprise experience with deals $500k+ ACV.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations to audiences from end users to C-level executives.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners, articulating Worksoft's value and capabilities.
• Build and maintain strategic technical and business relationships within customers and partner ecosystems.
• Communicate product strategy, competitive positioning, and roadmap.
• Demonstrate deep expertise and map customer requirements to Worksoft solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and ROI.
• Lead RFI/RFP efforts and support winning proposal strategies.
• Set expectations during sales cycles to ensure customer success.
