You will solicit requirements, craft technical sales strategies, configure and demonstrate solutions, and differentiate Worksoft in a competitive market. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering in enterprise software.
• Proven revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales.
• Strong technical foundation with testing or enterprise app experience.
• Enterprise sales experience with deals $500k+ ACV.
• Excellent presentation and demo skills across audiences.
• Advanced consultative selling: strategic questions and ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discoveries and demos for audiences from end users to C-level.
• Primary technical liaison with prospects and partners; articulate value and capabilities.
• Build strategic technical and business relationships within customers and partners.
• Communicate product strategy, competitive positioning, and ROI.
• Demonstrate deep product expertise mapping requirements to solutions.
• Transition information from sales to implementation teams post-sale.
