Job summary

Worksoft Inc. seeks a Sales Engineer to lead complex technical sales cycles, develop winning strategies, and drive revenue growth. You will solicit requirements, architect solutions, and differentiate Worksoft in a competitive SAP automation landscape.

This role requires enterprise experience and strong presentation skills to engage executives and technical teams alike. You will collaborate with customers and partners, map requirements to Worksoft capabilities, and support RFI/RFP processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software solutions.
Proven track record of revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales.
Enterprise experience with deals 500k+ ACV required.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations to varied audiences, from end users to C-level executives.
Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners, articulating value and capabilities.
Build and maintain strategic technical and business relationships within customer and partner ecosystems.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning clearly.
