Job summary

Worksoft seeks a seasoned Sales Engineer to join the global Sales team. You will lead technical discoveries, present demonstrations, and translate complex requirements into winning enterprise solutions for SAP, Oracle, and other ERP environments.

This role requires excellence in executive-level engagement, strategic deal shaping, and cross-functional collaboration with product and services. Travel up to 50% is expected, with remote US-based work and competitive OTE in a fast-growing software

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related technical field.
5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering for enterprise software.
Proven revenue contribution in complex B2B software sales.
Experience with test automation or enterprise applications.
Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations to audiences from end users to executives.
Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partner ecosystem, articulating Worksoft's value and capabilities.
Build and maintain strategic technical relationships within customer base and partners.
Understand and communicate product strategy and competitive positioning to drive deals.
Develop deep product expertise and map customer requirements to comprehensive solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for stakeholders.
