Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical leadership to the Global Sales Team. You will guide complex discovery, build executive-level business cases, and drive deals across multi-stakeholder organizations for retailer and brand solutions.

You will evaluate client goals, data integration needs, and craft ROI analyses that quantify revenue impact, margin improvement, and risk reduction for economic buyers. Remote-first with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of presales consultative experience or direct ownership of an ecommerce program generating $10M+ GMV.
• Must be located in Pacific or Mountain US time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to close six-figure contracts and work with C-suite/finance stakeholders.
• Experience applying value-selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC).
• Knowledge of retail/e-commerce landscapes and marketplaces.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive generation of new revenue with new and existing accounts.
• Lead discovery to articulate value proposition of retailer and brand solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, POCs, strategic recommendations, and demos.
• Assess client goals, data/integration needs, and propose effective strategies.
• Construct ROI analyses and business cases for executives.
• Engage economic buyers throughout the sales cycle to advance deals.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with structured, value-led responses.
• Synthesize feedback to improve product delivery and support cross-functional handoffs.
