Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our remote-first Global Sales Team. You will provide technical and business expertise, lead complex discovery engagements, and drive deals across multi‑stakeholder organizations.

The role demands strategic advisory capabilities to clients and internal teams. You will craft ROI analyses, deliver POCs, and present business cases that quantify revenue impact for economic buyers and C‑suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years presales consultative experience or ownership of an ecommerce program generating $10M+ GMV
• Must be located in Central or Eastern US time zones
• Experience closing six-figure contracts against seven-figure targets
• Proven ability to apply a formal value-selling framework (e.g., MEDDICC) in complex sales cycles
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes such as drafting, data analysis, or documentation

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue with accounts in collaboration with sales and client management teams
• Lead discovery for technical, functional, and value proposition of retailer and brand solutions
• Deliver sales presentations, POCs, strategic recommendations, and product demos
• Assess client goals and data integration needs and recommend effective strategies
• Construct ROI analyses and business cases for executive stakeholders
• Engage buyers and executives throughout the sales cycle to advance deals
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with value-led responses
• Synthesize feedback to improve product and service delivery
• Provide market feedback to product management and services for future developments
• Collaborate cross-departmentally for smooth handoffs to service teams
