Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Product Management during customer acquisition within AtData. You will lead conversations on platform capabilities, translate client needs into actionable platform features, and support a smooth sales-to-implementation transition.

This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Client Services. You will become a technical expert on AtData, participate in client visits and platform demos, design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or related roles.
• 2+ years in a technical client-facing role during the sales cycle.
• Experience with API integrations, REST services, and data transfer (SFTP, AWS S3).

Responsibilities

• Become a technical expert in AtData platform capabilities and technologies.
• Participate in sales calls and client visits with platform demos.
• Design platform solutions for prospective clients.
• Set expectations relative to platform functionality and roadmap.
• Lead integration discussions and handoffs to Client Delivery.
• Maintain weekly snapshots of prospects in the sales pipeline.
• Update knowledge base with client information and workflows.
• Identify new use cases and assess feasibility with cross‑department teams.
• Create development tickets for product enhancements and bugfixes.
