Job summary

Premier Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer, Enterprise (Pre-Sales) to join our innovative team. This remote, full-time role partners with sales and product teams to craft tailored solutions for complex client data and marketing challenges, leveraging AI and data technologies in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, whiteboarding, and solution design for exec audiences.
• Deep familiarity with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs.
• Proven track record building technical champions and influencing decisions across teams.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command the Message is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand clients’ data architectures, workflows, and objectives, translating these into compelling solution designs.
• Design and deliver demos and architectural solutions integrating our CDP, Identity Resolution, Match Booster, and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Manage proof-of-concept engagements from scoping through validation.
• Build and nurture deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, engaging with technical teams, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders confidently and persuasively.
• Act as a technical advisor for customers adopting AI workflows, data activation, and decisioning solutions, providing strategic guidance and feedback to internal product and engineering teams to influence product development.
