Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• 3+ years in payments/fintech or closely related industry.
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on integration solutions for merchants.
• Architect end‑to‑end solutions addressing merchant challenges.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with Enterprise & Key merchants.
• Partner with sales and partner teams to drive opportunities.
• Provide product feedback to influence development and prioritization.
• Create reusable assets and training materials to scale go‑to‑market efforts.
• Provide technical input for sales planning and risk assessment.
• Develop pre‑sales materials and product documentation.
• Build and present tailored demonstrations as needed.
