Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years in payments/fintech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/technology or equivalent.
• Strong API, SaaS, and enterprise-architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on integration solutions for merchants.
• Architect end-to-end integrations addressing specific challenges.
• Build trust with Enterprise & Key merchants and partners.
• Lead solution strategy with sales and partner teams.
• Provide the voice of the customer to product management.
• Create reusable assets and training materials to scale go-to-market.
• Offer technical input into sales planning and scalable engagement models.
• Develop pre-sale support materials and custom demos.
