Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to blend technical acumen, communication, and problem solving to help enterprise merchants design scalable, reliable solutions on the Affirm platform. You will lead discovery, architect integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to our largest customers while collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams.

You will work in a remote-first environment, travel up to 30%, and contribute to pre-sales materials, demos, and scalable engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or equivalent technical account management experience.
• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or related roles (solution architecture, partner engineering, technical sales).
• 3+ years in payments, fintech, or related industry.
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design tailored merchant solutions.
• Architect end-to-end integrations and customizations.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to merchants.
