Job summary

Worksoft Inc is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead complex technical sales cycles, articulate the Worksoft value, and build strategic relationships with enterprise customers and partners. The role requires navigating demanding ROI-focused conversations and crafting winning demonstrations.

You will drive technical discovery, map customer requirements to Worksoft solutions, and partner with product management to influence roadmaps while traveling up to 50% to engage with customers and close

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software.
Proven track record of closing multi-million B2B deals and managing complex cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations to diverse audiences from end users to C-level executives.
Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners, articulating Worksoft's value and capabilities.
Build strategic technical and business relationships within customer install base and partner ecosystem.
Communicate product strategy and competitive positioning effectively.
Develop deep expertise and map complex requirements to comprehensive Worksoft solutions.
Present complex concepts concisely for varied audiences and demonstrate the Tell-Show-Tell methodology.
