Job summary
Worksoft Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Sales Engineer to act as the senior technical advisor across prospects, customers, and partners.
You will lead complex technical sales cycles, craft winning strategies, and demonstrate Worksoft solutions addressing enterprise requirements. The role requires deep experience in converting technical concepts into business value, building executive relationships, and traveling up to 50% to engage with customers across the US.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering for enterprise software.
- Proven revenue contribution in complex B2B software sales.
- Strong foundation in test automation or enterprise applications.
- Experience in deals $500k+ ACV.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discoveries and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners.
- Build strategic relationships and map customer requirements to solutions.
- Articulate product strategy, competitive positioning, and ROI.
- Guide RFI/RFP efforts with winning proposal strategies.
- Ensure customer success by setting proper expectations in sales cycles.
